2MCCTV is an eCommerce company specializing in the distribution of video surveillance equipment. In addition to offering a comprehensive range of security camera products, they provide professional installation services, making them a one-stop solution for all surveillance needs.
Challenges
When 2MCCTV approached us, they were already a well-established company, but they were concerned about losing potential customers to Amazon. They sought our help in attracting new customers and made the following requests:
- Revamp the current website to be more visually appealing and captivating
- Optimize website speed to prevent high bounce rates caused by slow loading times
- Establish a new wholesaler program on the website that allows users to register for wholesale accounts and access exclusive bulk pricing
- Revitalize their marketing efforts on social media
Solutions
We improved the loading speed of 2MCCTV’s current website on WordPress by removing discontinued items, uninstalling outdated plugins, and optimizing image content. Following that, we used Elementor to redesign the website, adding eye-catching graphics to the homepage and reorganizing the product categories for a more streamlined and user-friendly navigation experience.
Additionally, we introduced role-based pricing to the website to provide special rates for wholesale accounts. 2MCCTV also subscribed to one of our monthly marketing plans so we can manage their social media marketing. As part of our service, we created short video clips and promotional graphics to post on their social media accounts.
